2. Service Description
Crypto Pay Link is a platform that enables users to create payment links for receiving cryptocurrency payments. Users can share these links with customers, clients, or other parties who wish to make payments to them using supported cryptocurrencies via MetaMask or other compatible wallets.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. User Obligations
4.1 Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall not use the Service for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or the purchase or sale of illegal goods or services.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the Service to facilitate illegal transactions
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
- Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Using the Service in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service
- Collecting or tracking personal information of other users
4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
We may require you to complete identity verification procedures to comply with applicable laws and regulations. You agree to promptly provide accurate information and documentation as may be requested for these purposes.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Service Fees
Crypto Pay Link charges a 1% service fee on all successful transactions processed through the platform. This fee is added to the payment amount and is paid by the customer making the payment.
5.2 Payment Processing
All payments received through the Service are initially sent to a Crypto Pay Link vault for verification. Once verified, payments are forwarded to the recipient’s wallet address, typically within 12 hours of receipt.
5.3 Network Fees
Users acknowledge that blockchain network fees (gas fees) are separate from Crypto Pay Link’s service fee and are determined by the relevant blockchain network. Crypto Pay Link is not responsible for network fees or delays caused by network congestion.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Crypto Pay Link Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Crypto Pay Link and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6.2 Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Crypto Pay Link grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes.
7. User Content
7.1 Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for any content, including product descriptions, images, and information, that you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service (“User Content”).
7.2 License to User Content
By posting User Content, you grant Crypto Pay Link a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Service.
7.3 Content Restrictions
You agree not to post User Content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy
- Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
- Promotes illegal activities or contains malicious software
- Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
- Contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam
8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. CRYPTOPAYLINK EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRYPTOPAYLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
- ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN
- ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE
- ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICE
8.3 Cryptocurrency Risks
You acknowledge and agree that cryptocurrency transactions involve risks, including but not limited to price volatility, network fees, and potential loss of funds due to user error or security breaches. Crypto Pay Link is not responsible for losses resulting from these inherent risks.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crypto Pay Link and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Crypto Pay Link. Crypto Pay Link has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Crypto Pay Link shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by Crypto Pay Link
Crypto Pay Link may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
11.2 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Service or by contacting [email protected].
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If your account is terminated, we will use reasonable efforts to process any pending transactions but cannot guarantee completion.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of The London Court of International Arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

16. Severability
